    Indian Penny

Thank God, I got out to do some MD'ing this morning. I went to my township permission I got over the winter. I was only there for an hour forty-five minutes before my back said to stop. I did find an 1874 Indian penny at 3.5 inches so that made me happy. When I got home I had to toothpick it to reveal the date. Still I needed to use a flashlight to see it. But anyhow, that Indian is a sign of better things to come.

Good work on the IH Rod. When I detect the muscles in my lower back left side start to really ache. The other day I strapped on my back brace. It's a back support with Velcro straps so I can adjust it real snug. I went 4 hours in it the other day with no problem. Your back issues are more serious than mine, but thought I'd throw that out. I have a back brace too. Mine has the Velcro and steel bars in it that were bent for my back arch. It cost me a hundred and fifty dollars to have that thing bent. The thing about my brace is the doctor that did my surgery told me to wear it as little as possible because it weakens back muscles which will cause me more pain. I’m now afraid to wear it unless I’m in a lot of pain and just need it to move around the house. But believe me, I’ve thought about wearing it to do some MD’ing. It’s very tempting because I love it so much but I will hold off until I can’t MD without it. That time probably isn’t far off.
