    Whites has issues

Receive my detector in December, had problems they thought it was a bad coil after forgetting for over a week to ship me the new coil I contacted them and they sent the coil out. I was still having the same problems they concluded that it must be the machine. So they sent me out a new machine, but not the one I bought a different model, I spoke with one of the supervisors and he took my number and said they will get back with me first thing the next morning and I still havenít heard from them. I guess my question is am I just that unlucky or is there another problem, really starting to think I made a bad decision on my purchase 🤬

Don't know what happened but I have had nothing but over the top service whenever I needed it. Been with them since 2004 just because of that. Sorry you had a bad experience.

    Sorry for the issue

We are shipping out the correct model with a return label for the error unit.

Once we have the tracking information later today, we will give you a call.

White’s has always treated me well. One time I left my wireless headphones, a 4x6” Shooter coil, and my diggger behind on a picnic table. When I got back to where I left them, they were gone. I had two days before I was to go on a metal detecting trip. I called White's and told them what I did and I need to order what I left behind. They took my order and shipped it overnight. I had it in 22 hours. The best thing was, when I was ready to pay for my order, she told me it was all free. I just couldn’t believe it. White’s is an incredible company and they go above and beyond all expectations.

If I had as many pots in the fire as they do, I'm pretty sure I would "over cook" one a little bit, once-in-a-while, and occasionally I might "undercook" one too. But when all is "said and done", I'm betting you the recipe will turn out far better than you would have ever imagined. Just you wait and see!

This is what I use, soooo worth the wait to get one. Been a stellar machine, just remember start with sensitivity at like 4 or 5, don't worry you will still bang out deeeep targets even at this setting. I still pull indians and wheats at like 9 or 10 inches on sens set at 5. Only time I go much higher is when i'm hunting over tall grass and snow, or looking in an empty place for way deep targets.

That’s great news. Glad to hear you received it. Now the fun begins. Take your time to get familiar with the settings and the language it’s speaking to you with. It shouldn’t take too long to learn the machine. Good luck and happy hunting.

Quick air and yard test it already has better id and depth than old one, had some things marked in the yard with the old one and waited for the new one to dig. Even with the stock coil I was able to separate one of my targets and found that it was 2 separate targets at different depth. I'm looking forward to getting a smaller coil to hit some of my more trashy spots

Sounds like you’re getting it tuned in and ready to find the good stuff. The Detech 7”DD Shooter coil is a super coil for trashy areas and it has great separation. This coil works great in high EMI areas too. Good luck and happy hunting.
