    Goldmaster V/Sat

Does anyone know how heavy the Goldmaster V/Sat is with batteries installed? Or, where I might find the specifications on this detector.

    Thank you, HH

I will send your question directly to Whites ....

If memory serves, the GMT weighs about 3 lbs, so figure roughly 3.5 pounds with 8 AA batteries.
    Operates at 48 KHz
Standard coil is 6X10"DD. Coil is waterproof
    Machine is NOT waterproof.

If there's anything I hate worse than diggin' pulltabs, its missin' a gold ring.

But then again, chest or belt mounting the VSAT sure saves fatigue.
