    Audio dying

    anyone have problems with their trx audio?

    i tried cleanig out the speaker area no help
    removed outer sleave tested it and the speaker is making weird noises
    went to vibration mode seems ok on vibration mode.

    can whites repair?

    White’s should be able to fix you up. Just box it up and said it in.

    Yep. Whites will take care of you !!
    If there's anything I hate worse than diggin' pulltabs, its missin' a gold ring.

    Wow, the response from my email to Whites was quick but better than that it was simple "box it up send it in well take care of it."
    this response brought me back to the old days of customer service. Whites actually takes care of the customer after the purchase has been made!

    This experience with an item needing repair has won me over and I can say that I am a Whites customer for life because of this experience.

    well i spoke too soon.

    My TRX was received by whites this week from the info i got from my ups tracking #

    i sent a email asking if it had been assigned a service ticket.
    Todd at Whites replies " so far we haven't received anything yet."
    I am hoping he means the repair dept. hasn't received it from shipping and receiving.

    and it isn't lost in the factory.

    No worries .... As long as you have the receipt that it made it to the factory, you're good to go !!

    Great news, White replied and said a new unit is on its way usps should be to me in a few days...
