    That's the objective .... I have seen too many friends retire and "ride the recliner to the grave ...."

    One of the great things about our hobby is that it keeps you moving, stooping, bending and getting outdoors. Maybe not as much as we'd like or for as long as we'd like, but we're still going. Anything that gets the heart rate up and causes you to use your muscles / joints is infinitely better than "rusting away" ....
