    The point is that you are not the first. I posted here when i was a noob too! What this regional forum is waiting for is a thread posted by someone who actually lives in Mexico.

    Utah is close but not quite the same.

    and
    I spent ten days diving in Cozumel several years ago. The cenotes were fantastic. The fresh water was so pure it looked like everybody was floating in air. Loved every minute of it. And if you got two blocks away from the waterfront (tourist area) all the shops and restaraunts were fantastic.
